为指定卡片生成一次性访问令牌。该令牌用于 iframe 组件安全地获取并展示敏感卡片信息（如卡号、有效期、CVV）。
令牌有效期为 5 分钟。
令牌为一次性使用，消耗后不可重复使用。
对未具备 PCI DSS Level 1 资质的客户端，敏感卡数据不会直接通过此 API 暴露；解密与展示仅在 iframe 组件中完成。
对具备 PCI DSS Level 1 资质的客户端，可在合规审批通过后采用替代集成方案。
